That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for

This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 1~ of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19~9; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY OF BREEERTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described property, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs, and
without interest and penalty~ and in compliance wmt~ the said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto tho City of Bremerton,
a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth.
