by ard thro~ the County Treasurer of said KitSaD County, for
and i~ ~ho concideration of the sum of Fifteen and 99/100
................- dollars, ($15.99 ) in
hand p~±d~ conveys to the CITY OF ~REI.~RTON, a ~unicipal Cor-
poration, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot Five (5), Block Two (2), First Addition to
Charleston, Kitsap County, W~shington.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19~9; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and
the CITY OF BREMERTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes~ with costs,
and v~thout intorest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
BR~RTON, a Municipal Corporation, as above sot forth.
