That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,

This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY 0F BRE~.~ERTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described pro~rty, has tendered and pard unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs~ and
without ~ntere~t a~d penalty, and i~ compliance wztn the said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton,
