Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general t~ foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY 0F BRE~RTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described pro~rty, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs, and
without interest and penalty~ and in compliance wzt~ th~ said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton,
