That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for

above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY OF BRE~..~RTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described property, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs, and
without mntere~t and penalty, and in compliance wmtn th~ said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton~
a Municipal CorporatiOn, as above set forth.
