by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for

the above described pro~rty~ has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs~ and
without interest and penalty~ and in compliance with tho said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton,
