has been lest, a~ shown by an Affidavit on file in the County
Treasurer's office. ~
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter l~ of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19~9; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY OF BRE~.iERTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described property, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with eosts~ and
without interest and penalty, and i~ compliance wztiu tho said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Brer~orton,
a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth.
