COUNTY TREASURER'S DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the grantor, Kitsap County, a [~nicipal Corporation~
by and through the County Treasurer of said KitsaD County, for
and i:o the consideration of the sum of Fou~ Hulldred fifty-ohs
and 48/100 ............ dollars, (~4~1.4~ ) in
hand paid, conveys to the CITY OF BRE!.~RTON, a ~.~nicipal Cor-
poration, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot Two (~), Olive N. Smith's First Addition to Breme~ton
also
West one-half of Lot Eight (8), Block Three (~), Warren
Smith's Acre Tracts, all in Kitsap County, Washington.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 1~3 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and
the CITY'0F BREI~ERTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs,
and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
BRLHARTON, a Nunicipal Corporation, as above s~t forth.
