Yhat the grantor, Kitsap County, a ~iunicipal Corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for
and i',0 the consideration of the sum of Ninety-seven and 55/100

hand paid, conveys to the CITY OF BREL~RTON, a ~nic~pal Cor-
poration, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot Twelve (l~), Block One (1), 0entral Addition to
Bremerton, KitsaD County, Washington.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter l~S of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19~9; the said
above described real property having been deeded to KitsaD
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and
the CITY OF BRE~RTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such .taxes, with costs,
and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto $~e CITY OF
BRLidERTON, a Nunicipal Corporation, as above set

to be the Treasurer of Kitsap County, Wasi~ington, and that
she executed tho within and foregoing instru~¢nt as Treasurer
of Kitsap County, and acknowledged to me that she executed
the same as her free and voluntary act and deed for thc pur-
poses s6t forth therein, and that thc seal affixed is the seal
