That the ~zrantor, Kitsap County, a ![unicipal Corporation,
by and throuorl the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for

in Kitsap Co~ty, in the manner and fo~ provided by law, and
the CITY 0F BRE~RTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said ~tsap County, the face of such taxes~ with costs,
and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said pro~e~ty is h~reby dee~ed unt~ the CITY 0F
