the CITY OF BREIv~RTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs,
and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
BRLid~RTON, a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth.
