This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 1~3 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19~; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
ill Kitsap Cottnty~ in the manner and form pro~ided by law, and
the CITY OF BRE~ERTON~ having h~retofore levied assessments
against the abo~e d~scribed property, has t~nder~d and paid
unto th~ said Kitsap County~ the fac~ of such taxes~ with costs~
