KNOW ALL ~'~N BY THESE PiIESENTS:
That the ~rantor, Kitsap County, a'~nicipal Corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for
and in the consideration of the sum of TWo Hundred Eighty-
seven and 53/100 ........ dollars, ($287.53 ) in
hand paid, conveys tc the CITY OF ~..~L~RTON~--, a lunicipal Cor-
poration, the following described real property, to-wit:
Part of Lot five (5), Block f o~r (4), Warren'Smith's
Acre Tracts!, Being all of Lot 5 except 63.54 feet by
129.50 feetl in Southeast part, Kitsap County, Nash.
This deed i~ made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by r~ason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap Cpunty, in the manner and form provided by law, and
the CITY OF BRE~RTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the sa~d Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs,
and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY 0P
