This deed is reade in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington For the year 1929; the said above
described real property hav~g been deeded to Kitsap Cowry by
meason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provided by law~ and the CITY 0F
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has t~ndered and paid unt~ the said Kitsap County~ the'
face of such taxes~ 'with cosSs, and without interest and penalty~
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deeded unto the 'CITY 0F BREM~TON, a M~.ieipal Corporation, as
