COUNTY TREASURER ' S DEED
KNOW ALL ~N BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the grantor, Kitsap County, a ~unicipal Corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said KitsaD County, for
and ix the consideration of the sum of Six Hundred Sixty-five
and 03/100 ............ dollars, (~665.0~ ) in
hand paid, conveys to the CITY OF BHE~.~RTON, a ~..~nicipal Cor-
poration, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 14, Block l, Central Add. to Bremerton; also
Lots 1S and 14 , Klingha~er~s Add. to Bremerton; also
Lots 5, 4, 8 and 9, ~lock 19; and Lot I and the North
l0 feet of Lot 2, Block 21; all in Reese's First Add. to
Port Orchard U. S. Navy Yard; also
Lot ll, Block 2, Union high School Add. to Bremerton and
Charleston, all in Kitsap County, Washington.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter l~ of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and
the CITY OF BRE~RTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs,
and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
BRLH~RTON, a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth.

she executed the within and foregoing instrument as Treasurer
of Kttsap County, and acknowledged to mo that she executed
tho same as her free and voluntary act and deed for~ tho pur-
poses sot forth therein, and that the seal affixed is the seal
