poration, the following described real property, to-wit:

Block fo~teen (14); Lot seven (V), block fo~teen (14);Lot ten
(lO), block fo~teen (14); Lots twelve(12.), thirteen (~), fo~teen
(14) ~d fifteen (15), block fourteen (14); ~d Lots tv~o (2),
three (3) and fo~ (4), in block seventeen (1V); all in the
plat of Charleston Tidelands, Kitsap County, Wash.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington fo~ the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
Co~ty by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap Co~ty, in the manner and fom provided by law, and
the CITY 0F BREI~RTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs,
and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY 0F
BRLMARTON, a Nuq~a~pal~Corporation, as above set forth.
