Co~ty by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap Co~ty, in the ma~er and fo~ provided by law, and

against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs,
and v~thout interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CI~ 0F
