COUNTY TREASURER'S DEED
KNOW ALL I~N BY THESE PRESENTS:
2hat the ~rantor, Kitsap County, a I~nicipal Corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for
and in the consideration of the sum of T~o ~u~da'ed Eigh~Yisix

hand paid, conveys to the CITY OF BREI.~.RTON, a ~unicipal Cor-
poration, the following.described real property, to-wit:
Lots Twelve (12) and Thirteen (15), Block Three (5),
plat of Charleston; also
· $:* ~,East one-half (~) of Lot Seven (V), except East 25 feet
thereof, Tebbitts Decatur Acre Tracts, all in Kitsap County,
Wash.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19~9; the said
above described real property having been deeded to KitsaD
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and
the CITY OF BRE~RTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs,
and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
BRL~ERTON, a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth.
