Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said

County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap Coumty, in the manner and form provided by law, and
the CITY OF BRE}~RTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid

and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
