That the zrantor, Kitsap County, a I[unioipal Corporation~
by and throuon the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for
and in the consideration of the sum of Two hnmdred eleven and
18/100 ............. dollars, ($211.18~ ) in
hand paid, conveys to the CITY OF ~REL~RT0~I Cor-
poration, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots nineteen (19); twenty (~0); and twenty-one (~l),
Blook Nine (~, L. S. Rowe's First Add. to Bremerton,
Kitsap County, Wash.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter l~ of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19~; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and
the CITY 0F BRE~RTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs,
and without interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
BRLHERTON, a Nunicipal Corporation, as above set forth.
