That the ~antor, Kitsap Co~.ty, a Municipal Corporation,by
and throu~ the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County,for snd in
the conside~ticn cf' the s~ of One hu~red fourteen ~
doll~s~n hand paid,~oonveys to the CITY 0F BRE~TON, a
Municipal Corporation~ the followi~ described real property, to-wit
~ts ten (10), ~d eleven (11), Block S~teen (16), Ree~s
First Add. to Port ~chard U.S. Na~ Y~d, Xitsap Cowry, Wash.
This deed Is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property hav~.g been deeded to Kitsap Co~ty by
reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore h~d in Kitsap County,~
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY 0F BR~TON,
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has t~ndered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deeded ~to the 'CITY 0F BR~TON, a M~icipal Corporation, as
above set forth.
