reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and for~ provided by law, and the cITY 0F BR~.~TON,
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deeded unto the 'CITY 0F BRE~TON, a M~icipal Corporation, as
above set forth. '
