Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above

reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in 'the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF BR~TON,
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has t~ndered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and ';~enalty,
