in the manner and form provided by law~ and the CITY OF BREI~ERTON,
having heretofore levied assessments a~ainst the above described
property, has tendered and paid unt~ the said Kitsap County, the~
face of such taxes, with eosts, and without interest and penalty,
a~d in compliance with ~e said law the said property is hereby
