This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 145 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
de~.cr~bed real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap Cour~ty~
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY 0F
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has tendered and pai~ unto the said Kitsap County~ the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penaity~
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
