This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session

reason of a general tax Foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provided by law, and' the CITY 0F
havin~ heretofome levied assessments against the above desaribed
property, has tandered and paid unt~ the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penatty~
