This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property hav~.g been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF BR~v~RTON,
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deeded unto the'CITY OF BRE~gERTON, a Municipal Corporation, as
above set forth.
