This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Sessior.
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County~
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF BRF2CERTON,
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has tendered ar~ paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, wi{h costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance ~vith ~e said law the said property is hereby
deeded ~to the 'CITY 0F BR~TON, a M~.icipal Corporation, as
~b0Je set forth.
