Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provi.ded by law, and the CITY OF BRE2'~RTON,
having heretofore levied assessments against the above de. cr~bed
property, has tendered a~ paid unto the said Kitsap County, the~
face of such taxes~ with costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
