This deed i~ made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929~ the said above
described real property having been deeded to Ifitsap County by
reason o~ a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has tendered ar~ paid unto the ,~ald Kitsap County~ the~
face off such taxes~ with costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with ~e said law the said property is hereby
de~ded unto the 'CITY 0F BR~TON, a Municipal Corporation, as
abov~ set~
