Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax Foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County~
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF BREMERTON,
having heretofore levied assessmer~ts against the above described
property, has tendered and paid unt~ the said Kitsap Coumty~ the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and 'aer[alty~
amd in compliance with the said law the said property is ~ereby
deeded unto the 'CITY 0E BR~TON, a M~icipal Corporation, as
