This deed is made in eempliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property hav~r~g been deeded to Kitsap County by
teaser, of a general tax fforeelosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provided by law~ and the 6ITY 0F BR~TON,
having h~retofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has t~ndered and paid unt~ the said Kitsap County~ the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penatty~
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deeded unto the~CITY 0F BR~TON~ a Municipal Corporation, as
