and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County,for

This deed is made in com~liance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the Stata of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax Foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap Couz~ty,
in the manner and form ~rovided by law~ and the CITY 0F
havin~ heretofore levied assessments a~ains~ the above desaribed
property, has tandered ar~ paid unt~ the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and withou$ interest and penalty~
and in compliance ~ith the said law the said property is hereby
deeded unto the'CITY 0F BRE~TON, a M~icfpal Corporation, as
above set forth.
