That the grantor, Kitsap County, a Municipal CSrporation,by
and through the County Treasurer of said Kltsap Cou.nty~for and in
the consideration of' the sum of Slxty eight and, 50/10(7- - -dollars,
($68.50) in hand paid,'cemveys to the CITY OF BREMERTON, a
Municipal Corporation, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 1, First Addition to Charleston
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
de.,cr~bed real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax Foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF BRFt,~RTON,
having heretofore levied assessments agains~ the above described
prepemty, has tendered and paid unt~ the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and withou$ interest and penalty~
end'in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deedq~ unto the 'CITY 0F BR~TON, a M~icipal Corporation, as
abov~:~et forth.
