This deed is made in 6ompliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property haviKg been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF BRE~v~ERTON,
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs~ and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deed~to the 'CITY 0F BR~TON, a M~icipal Corporation, as
