reason of a General tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap Coun?y~
in the manner and form provided by law~ an~ the CITY 0F BR~TON,
havin~ heretofore levied asrsessments against the above described
property, has tendered and paid unt~ the said Kitsap Cour. ty, the'
face of such $axes~ with costs, a~d without ~nterest and penalty~
and in compliance with the said law the sai~ property is hereby
de~ded unto the 'CITY OF BR~TON, a Municipal Corporation, as
above set forth.
