This deed is made in corapliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the otat,~ a of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
d~J~cr~bed real property haYinG been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax foreclosure heretefore had in Kitsap County,
in 'the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF
h~r_g heretofore le¥1ed assessments against the above described
p~ perry, has tnndered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with oosts, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deeded unto the 'CITY OF BR~'H~RTON, a Municipal Corporation, as
