This deed is reade' in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of YlashJ.ngton for the year 19S9; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a g~neral tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsao Courty,
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY 0F BRZ[d~TCN,
having heretofore levied as~essments against the above described
property, has t~ndered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty~
and in compliance with the said taw the said property is hereby
deeded ~to the~CITY 0F BR~TON, a Municipal Corporation~ as
