W.M., beginning 844 ft emst and 205.65 ft North of southwest corner
of Lot l, thence North 135.65 ft;thence east 94 ft; thence south
155.~5 ft; thence west 94 ft to beginning.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 145 of the Session
Laws for the State of VJashington for the year 19~9; the said abov~
described real property havir~ been deeded to Kitsap ~o~ty by
rease~ of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County~
in the ma~er and form provided by law, and the CITY 0F BR~,~TON~
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has tendered a~ paid unto the said Kitsap Cou~y~ the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deeded unto the'CITY 0F BR~TON, a Municipal Corporation~ as
above se~ forth.
