That the grantor , Kitsap County, a '%~unioipal Corporation, by
and through the County ~reasurer of said Kitss~ Court, y, fo_r and in
the consideration of the sum of Seventy-five and, 61/100~' -~ollars,
($75.61) in hand paid, conveys to the 0ITY OF BR;~%~ER~0N, a
Municipal Corporation, the following described real property, to-wit-

T;,is deed is made in oomplianoe with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of ~¥a~hington for the year 1929; the said above
dessribed real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by reason
of a jeneral tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap 00unty, in the

neretofo~e levied assessm~ats against the abbve described property,
has tendered and paid unto the said Kitssp County the face of such
taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty, and in compl~nce
