That the ~antor, Kitsap testy, a Municipal Corporation,by
and through the ~Ounty Treasurer ef said Kitsap Co~t~,for and in '

L~unicipal Corporation, the followi~ described real property~to-wit:
Lot 8, Block ~, First Addition to Ch~leston.
This deed is raade in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the Stat~ of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property havin~ been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax Foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in 'the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has tandered are paid unto the said Kitsap CouKty~ the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deeded unto the~CITY OF BR~AERTON, a Municipal Corporation, as
above set forth.
