KNOW ALL L~N BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the grantor, Kitsap Couz~ty, a Municipal Corporation, by
and thro.ugh the Oounty Treasurer of said Kitsap County;for and in '
the consideration of' the sum of Twenty three ~nd, 11/i00--- dollars,
($23.11)in hand paid,'corveys to the CITY OF BRE~RTON, a
2~unlcipal Corporation, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 17, Charleston,
Thio deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19~9; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF BRF%'[ERTON,
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has t~ndered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deeded unto the 'CITY 0F BR~TON, a M~icipal Corporation~ as
