That the ~antor, Kltsap Co~ty, a Municipal COrporation,by
and through the ~ounty Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for ~nd in

($197.~9) in hand paid~conveys to the CITY 0F BRE~TON, a
Municipal Corporation, the followi~ described real property, to-wit:

This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 145 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by
reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County,
in the manner and form provided by law~ and the CITY OF BRW~Jk~ERT0~,
having heretofore levied assessments against the above described
property, has t~ndered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the'
face of such taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty,
and in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby
deede~,~to the~CITY OF BR~ERTON, a Municipal Corporation, as
