KNOW ALL ~!EN BY THESE PRESER~S:
That the grantor, Kitsap County, a Eunicipal Corporation, by
and through the County Treasurer of s~id Kitsap ~C~unty, for md in
the consideration of the s~ of Two hundred fifty four &,12~l~ollars,
$254.3.2) in hand paid, conveys to the CITY OF BRE~vE~,TON, a
k'unicipal Corporation, the following described real properZy, to-wit:
Lots 7,8,9 ~nd 10, Block 7, Charleston
This deed is m~de in compliance with Chapter l&3 of the Session
Laws for the State of ~Jashington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by reason
of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County, in the
manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF BRE~ERTON having
heretofore levied assessments against the above described property,
has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County the face of such
taxes, with cost,~, and without interest and penalty, and in compliance
with said. ~[aw~.~.~:said p~oer~y is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
