That the grantor, Kitsap County, a Municipal Corporation, by
and through the County Treasurer of said Kit sap County, for and in
t~e consideration of the sum of One hundred twenty seven & 59~ollars,

Municipal Corporation, the following described real property, to-wit:

This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 145 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington fc~ the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by reason
of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County, in the
Manner and form provided by law, and the CITY OF BRE~RTON having
heretofore levied assesmaents against the above described property,
has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County the ~ae$ of such
taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty, and in compliance
