That the grantor, Kitsap County, a }funicipal Corporation, by
and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsep County, ~or_a~nd, in
~he consideration of the sum of One Hundred Sixty Four & 4V~ 6ollars,
($1~4.47) in hand paid, conveys to the CII~ OF BRE~ERTON, a municipal
corporation, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots one (1), two (2), three (3) and four (4) in Block two (2);
First Addition to Charleston.
This deed is made in compliance ~th Chapter 1~3 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by reason
of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Eitsap County, in the
manner and form provided by law, end the CITY OF B~HTON having
heretofore levied assessments against the above described property,
has tendered and paid unto the said Eitsap County the face of such
