KNOW AI~L MEN BY THESE PRESEAFfS:
That the grantor, Kitsap County, a Municipal Corporation, by
and ~hrough the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for and in
the c~onsideration of the sum of Six hundred one aud, 01/100 ..... dollars,
($601.01)-in hand paid, conveys to the CITY OF ~REMERTON, a Municipal
Corporation, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots 16,17,18 and 19, Block 4, Bremerton
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of ~he Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by reason
of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County, in the
manner ~d form provided by law, and the CITY OF W~E~ERTON having
heretofore levied assessments against the above described property,
has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County the face of such
taxes, .wi,th costs, and without interest and penalty, and in compliance
wi~.~s~t~t law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
~ER~¢$I, 'a-~Municipal Corporation as above set forth.
