That the grantor, Kitsap County, a MUnicipal Corporation, by
and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for and in
the consideration of the sum of Two hundred two and, 78/100- - dollars,
($202.78) ..... in h~nd paid, conveys to the CITY OF BRE~.~ERTON, a
Municipal corporation, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots 8, 9, and East~ Lot 10, Block 6, Warren S~uiths Acre Tracts
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above
described real property having been deeded to Kitsap County by reason
of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kltsap County, in the
manner and form provided by law, and the CI?K OF BREMERTON having
heretofore levied assessments against the above described property,
has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County the face of such
taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty, and in c~apliance
with said law the said pr perry is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
BREMERTON, a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth.
