KNOW ALL~N BY TM~SE PRESETS:
That the grantor, Kitsap County, a ~,~lcipal CorporatiOn, by
and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for and in the
consideration of the sum of ~ne Hundred Thirteen and 97/100, ($11~.97)
Dollars, in hand paid; conveys to the CITY OF BR~Z~ERTON, a Municipal
Corporation, the following described real property, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 23, Charleston.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19~9; the said above
described real property having been deeded to K ltsap County~ by reason
of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in Kitsap County, in the
manner and form provided by law, and the said CITY OF BREh~RTON having
heretofore levied assessments against the above described real property,
has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County the face of such
taxes, with costs, and without interest and penalty, and in compliance
with said lav~ the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY 0~
BRF~,S~RTON, a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth.

Treasurer of Kitsap County, and acknowledged to me that he executed
the same as his free and voluntary act and deed for the purposes set
forth therein, and that the seal aTfixed is the seal of Kitsap County,
Washington, as provi&&d by law.
