THIS INDENTURE made this 10th. day of December, 1928 between
Homer R. Jones, as County Treasurer of Kitsap Ceunty, State of
Washington, the party of the first part and the city of Bremerton,
a Municipal Corporation of the State of ~,¥ashington, party of the
second part, WITNESSETH THAT,
WHEREAS, the following described real property, while subject
to local improvement assessments levied by the City of Bremerton,
and due at said time to the City of Bremerton, has been struck off
to and bid iu b2 the C~unty of Kitsap at a sale for general taxes and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has paid to the County of Kitsap
the full amount of the face of such taxes and costs without interest
and penalty, in the sum of One h,,mtred seventy-eight and, ...... OB/lOC
dollars,($1?8.02) and has demande~ the redemption of said property
from all claims of the County of Kitsap.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and in pur-
suance to the provisions of Chapter 170 of the Session Laws of the
extraordinary session of the Legislature of the State of Washington
in 19~.5, do hereby grant and convey unto the City of Bremerton, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, the party of the
second part, its successors or assigns, forever, the following
described real estate to-wit:
Lot JO, Block 17, Bremerton
